If you have placed an order within 24 hours before the sale, we will honour the discounted price and apply the difference as a store credit to your account. You must contact our team within 24 hours of you placing your order for this offer to be valid.
We are unable to adjust any pricing for orders placed prior to the 24 hours before the sale.
Please note that our Customer Service Team and Warehouse is closed until the 4th of January 2023 and will get back to you once the team is back in the office to start coordinating deliveries. Please allow us a few days to respond and book in dispatch for any orders you have placed during the holiday period.
Orders placed during our Boxing Day Sale will be dispatched from the 4th of January 2023 with our normal shipping timeframes. Please ensure you take note of the delivery date selected with each product.
In stock deliveries will be coordinated by our team and they will be in touch to schedule your delivery for bigger items. Please note, pieces that are ready for delivery will need to be booked in with our couriers and delivery timeframes can vary depending on your location.
Smaller homewares will be dispatched every 2-3 days, you will receive a tracking link to follow your orders progress. This includes candlesticks, trays, raffia lighting, ottomans and artwork.
Items purchased during our Boxing Day Sale can only be returned for either a store credit or exchange.
