THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY TO ANY CUSTOMER (“YOU”) WHO PURCHASES GOODS FROM​ MERCI MAISON DURING OUR SALE (“SALE”) HELD ON OUR WEBSITE WWW.MERCIMAISON.COM.

  1. All Sales are final. No change of mind returns will be accepted for any reason. 
  1. Full payment must be made on the day of purchase.

  2. Prices listed on our website are subject to change.

  3. Sale pricing applies to new orders only. Orders placed prior to our sale are not entitled to a refund for the price difference.

  4. No further discounts can be applied to sale items. 
     

SALE DELIVERIES

Orders placed during our Sale will be dispatched within time frame noted on the product or if otherwise specified by our team our or logistics partners. Please ensure you take note of the delivery date selected with each product.

In stock deliveries will be coordinated by our team and they will be in touch to schedule your delivery for larger items. Please note, pieces that are ready for delivery will need to be booked in with our couriers and delivery timeframes can vary depending on your location.

Smaller homewares will be dispatched as soon as possible and you will receive a tracking link to follow your orders progress. This includes candlesticks, trays, raffia lighting, ottomans and artwork. Please ensure you take note of the delivery date selected with each product.
