HOLIDAY DELIVERIES (CANDLESTICK ORDERS)
Last orders to be sent out for candlesticks will be the Thursday 16th of December. Dispatch of candlestick orders will resume on Wednesday the 5th of January.

 

Our team are also taking a break and will be offline from Wednesday the 22nd of December and will be back in the office Monday the 3rd of January.

DELIVERY FEES + TIMEFRAME
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Items with lead times will be specified on individual product pages, if you require your purchase by a specific date, please contact hello@mercimaison.com. A faster delivery can be organised and our team can quote for an expedited shipping service. Merci Maison reserves the right to request extra freight contributions for remote/rural areas or for large/heavy orders.

If you’re unable to accept a premium delivery on the date that you have confirmed, a failed delivery fee will apply. This fee is required to be paid before redelivery can be booked.

STANDARD DELIVERY (Worldwide)
For all small decor items, Merci Maison ship worldwide via a registered courier service. Delivery will be calculated at the checkout based on your country and postcode and you will be sent tracking details once your order has been dispatched. No signature is required and if your address is unattended your order will be left at the front door.

PREMIUM DELIVERY (Australia Only)
Our premium service delivery is suitable for fragile and oversized items. Delivery will be calculated at the checkout based on your postcode. This service delivers your item to your door only, bear this in mind placing your order and ensure to organise your own assistances if required. Please note this does not include the assembly of products or rubbish removal.

Our team will contact you to book in your delivery date and time slot for your item. The delivery driver will contact you 2 hours prior to delivery. You must be present at the agreed time of delivery.

PREMIUM WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY (Australia Only)
Our Premium White Glove service is suitable for fragile and oversized items. Delivery will be calculated at the checkout based on your postcode. This service includes delivery inside your property, assembly of products and rubbish removal. Only available to NSW, VIC & QLD metro areas.

Our team will contact you to book in your delivery date and time slot for your item. The delivery driver will contact you 2 hours prior to delivery. You must be present at the agreed time of delivery. 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
For international freight pricing please contact hello@mercimaison.com. Our team will provide you with a custom delivery quote and provide timelines for all fragile and oversized items to your selected destination.

Import duties may be required, these are calculated upon arrival and paid by the customer when the piece is delivered. Unfortunately, these fees vary from country to country and we are unable to estimate them.

GIFTS
If your order is a gift, please mention this in the notes section at checkout with name of recipient, message and who it’s from. Our team will include this message on a personalise Merci Maison card.
