Pricing above is dependent on how many units are added to cart. Final shipping price will be calculated at checkout. Please note larger furniture items for South Australia, Western Australia, Northern Territory and Tasmania will be quoted by our team. 

Addresses outside of the metro area may take longer.

Delivery timeframes above is the time in transit from leaving our warehouse. We advertise styles that are in stock and styles that are available for future delivery windows. Please ensure you are aware of the delivery window you have selected then apply transit times above. For more information on our delivery timeframes please read our policy below.

 

SAME DAY DELIVERY – SYDNEY METRO ONLY

We offer a same day delivery service for the Sydney metro area for a few of our homewares. Our same day service will appear at the checkout for certain styles that are in stock and available for immediate delivery. 

Cost is $45 and must be placed before 12pm AEDT for same day delivery. If you place your order after 12pm your order will be scheduled for the following business day.

Service is available Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

ORDERING + DELIVERY DATES

By embracing a smaller production model, we avoid excess waste and tread as lightly as possible. To achieve this, we either order with limited runs or certain styles are completely made to order. This does in some cases mean longer lead-times, but we’d always like to do our best for the planet and create minimal waste.

We advertise on each product their stock availability and delivery date. Our current shipping months are as follows:

DELIVERY FEES + TIMEFRAME

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Items with lead times will be specified on individual product pages, if you require your purchase by a specific date, please contact hello@mercimaison.com.

A faster delivery can be organised and our team can quote for an expedited shipping service. Merci Maison reserves the right to request extra freight contributions for remote/rural areas or for large/heavy orders.

If you’re unable to accept a premium delivery on the date that you have confirmed, a failed delivery fee will apply. This fee is required to be paid before redelivery can be booked.

In Stock Items

  • This means your item is currently in stock in our Sydney warehouse and will be dispatched by our warehouse team within 10 business days of the date your order is placed, excluding our smaller homewares. If your order includes pre-order items arriving within the same month, your order will be held until they arrive so that all items can be sent together. 
  • Smaller homewares pieces (candlesticks, marble trays, ottomans) advertised as In Stock will be dispatched by our team every 1-3 days.
  • Lamps will wired and dispatched within 5 business days of the date your order is placed. This is to ensure compliance with Australian Standards.
  • Once dispatched, your item will be collected by our third-party courier service. As such, delivery times may vary depending on location and the courier service selected.

Future Delivery Date Items  

  • Our team will be in touch when it is time to coordinate delivery of your items.
  • The date the goods arrive at our warehouse is subject to change due to its reliance on many factors, sometimes resulting in unexpected delays
  • Merci Maison will update you on your order if there are any unexpected delays or changes to the arrival date
  • Once dispatched, your item will be collected by our third-party courier service. As such, delivery times may vary depending on location and the courier service selected.

Shipping Delays

As you may be aware, supply chain issues, reduced capacity for manufacturing, decreased access to containers, increased port congestion and a myriad of other outcomes have become the new normal. To overcome this, we have implemented production cut offs, new timelines and scheduled deliveries over the year.

We try to best provide accurate delivery windows, but we suggest to allow for a contingency of 1-2 weeks in addition to the specified lead time to allow for any unforeseen delays on your furniture orders.

 

AUSTRALIAN DELIVERY OPTIONS

Standard Delivery – Homewares

Shipments for our smaller homeware pieces are sent with a variety of couriers using Sendle. Parcel tracking is available and will be sent via email. Deliveries are only available Monday to Friday and delivery time is estimated below: Sydney, Melbourne & Brisbane Metro areas are 1-5 business days from time of dispatch. All other areas are up to 10 business days from time of dispatch.

Premium Delivery – Furniture

The premium delivery service is offered for all addresses across Australia and for most furniture items. This service is for the assistance of 1 man and direct delivery to the ground floor of your home.

If you would have trouble moving your goods inside your home alone, we recommend that you have someone available to help carry the items into your home, unpack and install your furniture. Extra assistance can be organised for an additional charge.

Our team will coordinate and communicate your delivery window which will be between Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm. Interstate removals (QLD, VIC, SA, NT, TAS, ACT and WA) may on the occasion have a weekend delivery.

Please note, couriers will not collect or relocate the receiver’s household items to accommodate new products or unpack or remove any waste from the delivery residence. The access to that room must be clear and without hazards or obstacles. This is the responsibility of the receiver. 

If you do require rubbish removal, assistance moving furniture or require an additional person to help bring your item/s into your premises this can be organised for an additional charge. Please contact our team for more information or a quote.

Specialty Delivery – Furniture

Our specialty delivery service is offered for all addresses across Australia and for furniture items that require special assistance or 2 men.

Our team will coordinate and communicate your delivery window which will be between Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm. Interstate removals (QLD, VIC, SA, NT, TAS, ACT and WA) may on the occasion have a weekend delivery.

Please note, couriers will not collect or relocate the receiver’s household items to accommodate new products or unpack or remove any waste from the delivery residence. The access to that room must be clear and without hazards or obstacles. This is the responsibility of the receiver.

Crate Delivery – Specialty Furniture

Crate delivery is for various larger items that require extra protection and usually longer distances of travel from our warehouse in Sydney NSW. This usually includes larger floor length mirrors travelling interstate.

This service is for the assistance of 1 man and direct delivery to the ground floor of your home. Please note, items will be crated and require a drill to release the piece from its protective crate. 

If you would have trouble moving your goods inside your home alone, we recommend that you have someone available to help carry the items into your home, unpack and install your furniture.

Our team will coordinate and communicate your delivery window which will be between Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm. Interstate removals (QLD, VIC, SA, NT, TAS, ACT and WA) may on the occasion have a weekend delivery.
