REFUND POLICY

Merci Maison does not refund for change of mind, so please ensure you select your items carefully as post styles are made to order. We do offer store credit or exchanges on all orders if returned within 14 days after receiving. To return your item it must be unused and returned in original condition.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and Merci Maison takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. We encourage you to return your item/s via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by our team.

HOW TO PROCESS YOUR RETURN

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@mercimaison.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the address, as well as instructions on how send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

DAMAGED ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue straight away.

Please email the team at hello@mercimaison.com and provide images and details and so we can review. Please keep in original packaging so it can be easily returned. Faulty products may be repaired, replaced, exchanged or refunded for store credit.

CUSTOM PIECES 

Custom pieces are non refundable as they are made to order. Once payment is made your order is final.
