Melbourne artist Clare Dubina continues on from her ‘Form’ series within the three artworks produced for ‘Artist In Residence’, using mixed mediums of acrylic, ink and modelling paste to create three artworks loosely inspired by the negative spaces created by the female body, complimenting the curves of Merci Maison’s Bello Frame to present a true collaboration between the design aesthetic of both creative entities.

Artists In Residence :: a collaborative programme established to support like-minded creatives inviting seven hand-selected Australian artists to create bespoke artworks to be presented in the brand’s signature Bello Frame. Co-founders Jade & Danielle explain “Each of the artists we selected to work with, have a unique style and each tell a different story through their work. We are never formulaic, template or predictable. Rather, we like embrace imagination, innovation and originality, which each of these artist represent to us.
